SEO cases

This section is for documented SEO case studies and project notes from Trust SEO. The goal is not to publish anonymous success claims, but to show what was changed, what data was available before and after the work, and what can reasonably be learned from the result.

What a Trust SEO case study should include

A useful SEO case needs enough context to separate measured results from assumptions. When a project is published here, I aim to document the starting point, the work completed, the measurement period and the metrics that can be supported by available data.

Why the evidence matters

SEO results are influenced by many variables: the website itself, competition, search demand, previous work, technical condition, content, backlinks and search-engine changes. A percentage without a baseline or measurement period says very little. For that reason, this section prioritizes documented observations over predetermined traffic or ranking claims.

The same principle is used in my SEO and link-building guides: third-party metrics and individual observations can help with analysis, but they should be interpreted in context.

What we measure

The exact metrics depend on the project. For organic-search work, useful comparisons can include Google Search Console impressions, clicks, click-through rate and average position. For link-building work, the analysis may also include referring domains, backlink placement quality, anchor distribution and whether target pages gained search visibility after the campaign.

For more detail on evaluating link work, see the guides on referring domains vs backlinks, estimating backlink requirements and contextual backlinks.

Case studies in progress

Trust SEO is currently documenting projects using this evidence-first format. New case studies will be added when there is enough before-and-after data to describe the work accurately. Where client or project information cannot be disclosed, the case will state what has been anonymized rather than presenting an unsupported scenario as a verified client result.

One of the projects being measured is the English section of Trust SEO itself. Its SEO structure, service pages, guides and internal linking are being revised in stages, with Google Search Console data retained so later comparisons can use a clear baseline and implementation dates.

How this connects to my work

I’m Igor But, founder and SEO specialist at Trust SEO. My work includes technical SEO review, content and internal-linking analysis, backlink evaluation and link-building campaigns. If you are evaluating a specific website, the relevant service pages explain the available scope for an SEO audit, link-building and backlink services and crowd links.

What to expect from future cases

Future entries in this section will focus on the problem, the decisions made, the implementation and the measured outcome. They are intended to be useful records of SEO work—not guarantees of rankings, traffic or revenue for other websites.
